Return and Exchange Period

- The item can only be inspected and must not show signs of use
Items Not Eligible for Return

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping
Return instructions, including the return address, are provided after approval. If the return is caused by an error or a defective item, we cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees are charged.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected after receipt. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and approved. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting us as soon as possible at STOREMAIL. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and returns must be handled under this policy.
